You have the choice of receiving a computer generated report in one of the following ways:

1. Via email (pdf format) the same day as the inspection, or
2. Dropped off (if local) to the client, their attorney or their realtor within 24 hours of the inspection, or
3. Mailed via the US Postal Service.

We can fax and/or email the Report Summary the same day as the inspection to anyone the client requests.

The report includes all areas of the inspection and the findings, as well as a Report Summary identifying the major areas including: Items Not Operating, Potential Safety Hazards, Deferred Cost Items and Major Issues, Comments & Recommendations.
